BCA (Honors)

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning:
The comprehensive Artificial Intelligence program guides students through advanced knowledge of Machine Learning and cutting-edge AI technologies. The program pledges to provide practical expertise through hands-on training in high-performance labs, supported by industry leaders such as Intel and Dell. Designed to be transformative, this journey of deep learning equips students for an AI-driven future, preparing them to excel in AI&ML engineering roles.

Cyber Security & Digital Forensics:
The Cyber Security & Digital Forensics program is meticulously designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for the rapidly growing field of cyber security. Students will gain expertise in detecting, analysing and counteracting cyber threats while investigating & recovering digital evidence. The program hones advanced techniques such as ethical hacking, penetration testing, secure coding and forensic analysis.

Cloud Technology & DevOps:
A cutting-edge curriculum created in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), this program is designed to get students ready for a dynamic career in IT. The program will project students as leaders in cloud computing and DevOps innovation as they master cloud design, deployment & management and DevOps techniques to deliver software that is scalable, dependable and faster.

Eligibility

Pass in Class 12 or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and English as one of the languages of study. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Admission Procedure

Students seeking admission to BCA (Honors) are required to submit the Admission Query form available on apply.nitte.edu.in

On receipt of the same, the Admission Section will guide the students with the process of registration and admission. Admission is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

  • Class 12 Marks Card
  • Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended
  • Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended
  • Migration Certificate from the Board of the institution last studied
  • Eligibility Certificate issued by Nitte University (This will be handled by Nitte)
  • Physical fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner
  • Blood group Certificate
  • Aadhaar card copy of the student
  • Photographs: Recent colour photo with white background of resolution 300 - 600 dpi
    Passport size 5 Nos. (35mm x 45mm) & Stamp size 5 Nos. (20mm x 25mm)

Commencement of Program

BCA (Honors) program commences on the date prescribed by the University, generally in August.
